Leonard Cohen Portrait with 8px Near-Black Border

Keep the existing Leonard Cohen portrait and subject unchanged. Modify only the image canvas so it has an exactly 8-pixel-wide border on all four sides—top, bottom, left, and right—with identical thickness. Use a very dark charcoal grey, almost black but not pure black. Do not move, resize, crop, replace, retouch, or alter the portrait subject. No text, logos, or watermark.
