Leonard Cohen Portrait with 15px Charcoal Border

Keep the existing Leonard Cohen portrait and subject unchanged. You may enlarge the image canvas slightly if needed and crop only from the bottom to achieve a precise, uniform 15-pixel border on all four sides. Make the top, bottom, left, and right borders exactly 15 pixels wide and identical. Use a very dark charcoal, almost-black border, not pure black. Do not move the image block, alter the portrait subject, retouch the face, or add text, logos, or watermarks.
